Bacalhau Assado com Batatinhas (Baked Codfish with Potatoes)



INGREDIENTS - Steaks of previously cooked and soaked codfish - Diced potatoes - 2 onions in half moon rings (medium size) - 4 minced garlic cloves - Sweet chili - Chopped parsley - 1 bay leaf - Oil PREPARATION 1. At the bottom of an oven dish, place a drizzle of olive oil, an onion, two chopped garlic cloves and the bay leaf. 2. Add the potatoes, season with paprika and mix everything with the remaining seasonings. Add a little water (about two fingers high) and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. 3. After the time has passed, remove the platter, add the cod pieces, the remaining onion, the remaining garlic, chopped parsley, a little more paprika and drizzle all over with a generous drizzle of olive oil. 4.
