Potatoes for frying (I used pre-frozen) Oil blonde Pepper Preparation: Put the olive oil and the onion, the tomato and the peppers in a pan and let them sauté a little. Add the garlic, bay leaf, and the pepper, let it be sauteed, sprinkle with white wine and let it be refined. Meanwhile, bread the codfish and fry it.
