Ingredients 6 salmon fillets 1 tablespoon mustard 2 minced garlic cloves juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons of honey fresh rosemary salt and pepper 3 tbsp olive oil plus a little more for the pan Preparation Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Brush the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the fish without overlapping it. Reserve. In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients well and pour over the salmon.
