Ingredients (2 people): 2 tenderloin beef steaks 1 pack of sliced fresh mushrooms 2 bay leaves 1 large garlic clove 1 package of light cream 1 coffee 1 teaspoon of oregano 2 teaspoons cowboy steak butter salt, black pepper and olive oil q.b. Preparation Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the bay leaves, the whole garlic and the mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are tender. Season with a little salt, pepper and oregano. Remove bay leaves and garlic. Add the cream and coffee and let it boil for 3 minutes (it will make a thick sauce). Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the steaks and let them grill on both sides. Season with a little salt and pepper. Place a spoonful of steak butter on top of each steak and allow to melt.
