Pepper salt Thyme Preparation The secret for this dish to be delicious is to make it over a very low heat. In a pan, put olive oil or butter and the finely chopped garlic and onion and sauté until translucent, then add the mushrooms and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat for the mushrooms to release their liquid.
