Estufado de lulas com cenoura, bacon e camarão (Stewed squid with carrots, bacon and shrimp)



Ingredients: 3 large squids, cleaned and cut into pieces boiled shrimp brain 3 seafood bars 100 g of bacon in strips 1 carrot, cut into rounds 1 small onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced Chopped parsley salt and pepper White wine oil Preparation: I sauteed the onion and garlic in olive oil. I added the bacon and let it fry a little. I added the squid and shrimp and let the squid sweat for about 5 minutes. I then added a little white wine, the carrot, seasoned with salt and pepper and let the carrot cook. I added the delicacies of the sea, sprinkled with chopped parsley, corrected the seasoning and left over low heat for another 2 or 3 minutes. Served immediately, accompanied by boiled pasta. Enjoy!
