Vermicelli



Ingredients 1dl water; 1.8l milk; 3 lemon peels; 1 cinnamon dick; 120g vermicelli; 130g sugar; 4 yolks; Cinnamon powder q.b; Preparation Bring the water with the milk, the lemon peels and the cinnamon stick to a boil and bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli and cook, without undoing. Add the sugar and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove the peels and cinnamon and add the beaten egg yolks. Take it back to the heat for a few more seconds. Place the vermicelli on a platter and decorate with powdered cinnamon.
